1. Identification and ownership
In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the identifying details of the owner of this website are set out below:
- Owner: Carlos Ortega SL Pintura Profesional
- Tax ID (NIF): B56137748
- Registered address: Camino de las Peñuelas, 29, Alhaurín el Grande, Málaga (Spain)
- Email: info@pintura-profesional-co.es
- Website: https://pintura-profesional-co.es
Hereinafter, “the Owner”.
2. Purpose of the website
This website and its associated landing pages exist to present the professional painting services the Owner provides in Málaga and its province, to show completed work and to allow anyone who wishes to request information or a quotation.
The information published is for information purposes. It is not a binding offer or a quotation: every quotation is issued in writing and individually, after seeing the property.
3. Terms of use
Accessing this website makes you a User and implies acceptance of the terms set out in this Legal Notice. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the site.
Access to the website is free of charge and does not constitute the start of a commercial relationship with the Owner.
The User undertakes to use the site lawfully and, in particular, not to use its contents for purposes contrary to the law, to this Legal Notice or to the rights of third parties, nor to carry out actions that may damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the site.
4. Contents and liability
The Owner has obtained the information and materials published from sources it considers reliable and has taken reasonable care to ensure they are correct, but cannot guarantee that they are complete or permanently up to date.
Photographs of completed work correspond to real projects carried out by the Owner and are published for illustrative purposes. The outcome of each job depends on the condition of the surface, the materials agreed and the circumstances of the property, and therefore cannot be understood as a guarantee of an identical result.
The Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the contents of the site at any time and without prior notice.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, photographs, videos, trade marks, logos, design and code of this site belong to the Owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation.
Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the Owner’s written authorisation is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law. Sharing links to the pages of this site is permitted.
6. Links to other sites
This site may contain links to third-party pages. The Owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their contents, their availability or how they process your data: your relationship with them is governed by their own terms.
Likewise, the existence of a link does not imply any relationship with, recommendation of or supervision by the Owner.
7. Embedded content
Some pages include videos hosted on Vimeo. That content behaves as if you had visited the provider’s site directly, and it may collect data about your interaction. We set this out in our Cookie Policy.
8. Data protection and cookies
How we process the personal data you provide is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies and similar technologies in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of this Legal Notice.
9. Security measures
The Owner applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information it handles. That said, no system connected to the internet is entirely secure, so the complete absence of faults, viruses or other elements that may affect the User’s devices cannot be guaranteed.
10. Changes
The Owner may update this Legal Notice when its details, its services or the applicable legislation change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This relationship is governed by Spanish law.
In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under the law. Where the User is a consumer, the competent courts shall be those of the User’s place of residence, and nothing in this clause may limit the rights granted to the User by consumer protection legislation.
